Can ethanol-based products be a key part of the wine production process? We think so.

Sucrogen BioEthanol developed the Alcool™ antifreeze range to help wineries maximise their refrigeration capabilities while maintaining non-flammable brine concentrations.

Alcool™ allows optimum refrigeration temperatures, and complies with Dangerous Goods Regulations by keeping the ethanol content of the brine solution under 24 per cent.  It also features a corrosion inhibitor and leak detection dye, which help our customers protect their refrigeration systems.

What's even better, we've recently introduced a new product to the range, Alcool LFFG™.  A food grade product, it provides an extra level of protection for wineries concerned about potential brine system breaches.
