Craig Doyle
Executive General Manager, Cane Products
Craig is responsible for Sucrogen’s seven sugar mills, cogeneration plants and farming operations in North and Central Queensland. He joined Sucrogen (Formerly CSR Sugar) in 2009 as Cane Products’ Operations Manager.
Craig has spent almost 30 years in the sugar industry, starting his career at the Mackay Sugar School at the age of 16.
He has experience in senior operations, project and commercial roles in both sugar milling and refining, having worked for Sucrogen, Mackay Sugar, Sugar Australia and NSW Sugar. He was also involved with sugar marketing and logistics, through a previous role with Queensland Sugar Limited.
Craig’s depth and diversity of sugar industry experience ensures he is well equipped to lead and grow Sucrogen’s Cane Products business.

Our rich history
Our first Australian sugar mills were constructed in Northern New South Wales in 1870.
The company expanded its milling operations into Queensland and Fiji in the late 1800s.
The Fiji mills were sold in 1972 and the New South Wales mills in 1978.
The company's remaining seven mills are located in what are considered to be some of the most productive cane-growing areas in Queensland.
