sucrose + generation: our new name says it all

Our new brand

We're very excited about the new Sucrogen brand. Our new name and colourful look reflect the positive energy and dynamism that are behind our new direction as a sugar and renewable energy business. Representing us as expert, engaging and energetic, you’ll be seeing a lot more of the new brand in the coming months.

What’s behind the name?

Why Sucrogen? It’s a combination of the words sucrose (sugar) and generation (energy). The name builds on our strong history in sugar, which will continue to be at the heart of everything we do, but it also looks ahead to exciting opportunities in ethanol and other renewable energy production.

and the logo?

the logo represents the sugar we squeeze from the cane and the colour forms a spectrum of light, symbolising the purest form of 'positive energy'.
